FullUp Machine
The FullUp Machine designed by CoreAthletics is engineered for teaching full twisting stunt skills. Train your flyers safely from the ground instead of 6 to 8 feet in the air. Half ups, full ups, one and a half ups, and double ups can all be practiced with a spotter. Individuals can quickly troubleshoot their twisting form. If your flyers can do a full twist on The FullUp Machine, then they have developed the most important techniques required to try the stunt with their bases in the air. The Full Up can be used to teach full downs, kick full baskets, and downward twisting stunt skills, as well as gymnastic skills such as full twists. A great simulator which requires the individual to initiate the skill, build muscle memory and keep their body in the proper position.
